The 2024 Kia Forte LXS remains a bargain with an effective cost of just $286 before taxes & fees. This continues to be the best Forte deal to date, making it cheaper to lease than the Hyundai Elantra. The offer is due to end on July 8th, though there could be changes for July Fourth.

Kia's advertised price is available in the following states: CA, CO, DE, FL, HI, IL, IN, ME, MI, MN, ND, NE, OH, PA, UT, VT, WI, WY, and assumes 10,000 miles per year. Be sure to see your local dealer about customizing your lease if you expect to need a larger mileage allowance.

The 2024 Hyundai Elantra SE remains one of the only cars you can lease for $199 a month. Prices have stabilized after going down at least three times in recent months. If you're shopping based on price, this remains one of the cheapest cars you can lease.

For reference, the effective cost of a 2024 Honda Civic LX is $349, a price difference of $53 per month compared with the Elantra's $296. Hyundai's price includes 10,000 miles per year and ends on July 1st. We're seeing this pricing in many parts of the country.

The 2024 Nissan Altima can be a great car to lease in some parts of the country. In New York, the Altima SV can be leased for just $189 per month. The catch is that the amount due at signing is relatively high at $4,179. Still, the Altima's effective cost comes out to $305 per month before taxes & fees.

At that price, it's $77 per month cheaper to lease than a 2024 Honda Accord LX. Nissan's pricing is based on $1,900 in discounts that you won't find on the Accord. If you're looking for a spacious sedan with a full array of safety features, the Altima could be worth a look. Offers vary by region.

The 2024 Nissan LEAF is the cheapest EV you can lease. In Colorado, the LEAF S is listed at just $109 with $2,389 at signing. The catch is that the deal factors in a state tax credit that not everyone may qualify for. Prices in other parts of the country don't have the same advantage and are more expensive.

Despite being a cheap EV to lease, the Nissan LEAF S has a 40 kWh battery capable of just 149 miles. Additionally, the LEAF uses a CHAdeMO charging connector that's being phased out. These downsides could be deal-breakers for shoppers attracted by the LEAF's unbelievably low price to lease.

The 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 6 is a steal at an effective cost of $372 per month. As before, the best deals are when choosing a 24-month lease term due to its higher residual value. While this month's IONIQ 6 lease price is up slightly, we still consider it to be an outstanding deal.

At $372, the IONIQ 6 has the same lease cost as a 2024 Toyota Corolla SE in Southern California. We think that's a pretty big deal since the Hyundai's MSRP is over $16,000 more expensive on paper. This month's IONIQ 6 lease is available in most regions through July 1st.

The 2024 Hyundai Kona EV remains a top deal thanks to a $7,500 lease incentive and a whopping 75% residual value stemming from a 24-month contract. In most parts of the country, the Kona Electric SEL has an effective cost of $292 per month. That's less than the regular gas Kona's price of $350.

Having said that, this month's deal is roughly $50 per month more expensive than before. At the moment, it's unclear whether or not Hyundai will lower prices for July Fourth. The 2024 Kona EV can travel up to 261 miles on a single charge and go from a 10% charge to 80% in as little as 43 minutes.

The 2024 Hyundai IONIQ 5 SEL remains a top deal thanks to a $10,000 lease incentive. As before, Hyundai's 24-month lease option enables shoppers to take advantage of extremely high residual values. Despite having an MSRP of nearly $49,000, the IONIQ 5 has an effective cost of $375 a month.

That's $5 less than a Hyundai Tucson ($380) even though the IONIQ is $18,000 more expensive on paper. In this configuration, the Hyundai IONIQ 5 has a range of 303 miles with the ability to go from 10% range to as much as 80% in just 18 minutes when utilizing 800V DC quick charging.

The 2024 GMC Terrain is one of the best bang-for-buck deals on an SUV. Through July 1st, the Terrain SLE-1 can be leased for $330 with $0 due at signing. Zero-down leases are unusual these days, making this a way to avoid having to put down a lot of money on a lease.

This month's Terrain lease includes a $1,750 incentive that you can only get when coming from another GMC or Buick lease. If you aren't eligible for the offer, expect your price to be a lot higher. Lease prices may go down for July Fourth, but we don't know until July 2nd.

The 2024 Chevy Equinox remains one of the best SUVs you can lease for under $300. Through July 1st, the Equinox LT can have an effective cost as low as $344 per month. That makes the Chevy Equinox significantly better to lease than a 2024 Honda CR-V LX ($416).

At this price, the Equinox is even cheaper to lease than the smaller 2024 Chevy Trax ($360). This month's deal includes a discount for those coming from an existing GM lease or that of a competing vehicle brand. Chevy has not yet announced its 2024 July Fourth sale.

The 2024 Kia Niro Wind EV remains $50 cheaper to lease than before, with a payment of just $169 per month in some states. At an effective cost of $336 per month, it's cheaper to lease than the hybrid Niro ($376) despite having a significantly higher MSRP.

This is a regional deal we're seeing in the following states: CA, CO, DE, FL, HI, IL, IN, ME, MI, MN, ND, NE, OH, PA, UT, VT, WI, WY. Elsewhere, Kia's advertised lease is $199 per month but for a longer term of 36 months with the same amount at signing.

The 2024 Subaru Solterra Premium remains a stellar deal at $329 with no money down. The amount due at signing of $329 simply represents your first month's payment. At this price, the Solterra is almost Subaru's cheapest vehicle to lease, just $18 more than an Impreza ($338 vs. $320).

The offer is due to expire on July 1st and can be found in most parts of the country. While the Solterra doesn't have the fastest charging speeds, it does come standard with all-wheel drive and has a range of up to 228 miles depending on the trim.

The 2024 Cadillac CT4 is one of the cheapest luxury cars you can lease. This month's featured deal is for the Premium Luxury trim and has an effective cost of $490 a month. We think you'll have a hard time finding another luxury car in this segment with a lease under $500. The offer is due to end on July 1st.

Looking for a hidden deal? CT4-V Blackwing models are now eligible for $3,000 in bonus cash that you can't get on other styles. Additionally, buying your Blackwing CT4 can get you access to 0.9% APR for 36 months on a purchase. That's a lot lower than GM's interest rate on all other CT4 configurations.

The 2024 BMW i4 is $50 per month cheaper to lease in June. With an effective cost of $584 in most parts of the country, the i4 eDrive35 remains the brand's cheapest vehicle to lease. We've never seen an i4 deal this affordable before. The offer is set to expire on July 1st.

Coming from another EV or plug-in? BMW's BEV Conquest Program offers an extra $1,000 in savings that's not factored into the price above. The offer doesn't require you to trade-in your existing vehicle. It can also be transferred to members of the same household.

Buick extended its Sign & Drive lease on the 2024 Encore GX through July 1st. At $283 per month, the Encore GX Preferred is cheaper to lease than SUVs from mainstream brands. To help put this into perspective, the Encore GX is over $80 per month cheaper to lease than a Honda HR-V ($371).

Like most Buick leases, the advertised price includes a $2,250 loyalty discount only available to current Buick and GMC lessees. Shoppers who don't qualify for the incentive will likely have to make up for it with a higher payment or amount due at signing. Offers could change ahead of July Fourth.

Genesis incentives for the GV70 EV surged to $18,500 off MSRP. With an effective cost of $510 per month in Los Angeles, the 2024 GV70 Advanced is just $4 more expensive to lease than the smaller GV60 ($506). That's pretty impressive considering the two vehicles have a difference in MSRP of over $14,000.

That's because the GV70 offers far more lease cash than the $11,250 incentive on the GV60. If you're looking to get a lot more for your money, the GV70 is a superior value. Despite having a nearly $68,000 sticker price, the GV70 is about $190 a month cheaper than an Acura MDX ($698). Offers vary by region.

Even though the 2024 Toyota Tacoma was completely redesigned, the truck's first lease deal is surprisingly good. In Southern California, the 2024 Tacoma SR5 4x2 Double Cab has an effective cost of just $432 per month. We think its high residual value is making it an exceptional truck to lease.

At $432 a month, the Tacoma is almost $50 cheaper to lease than a 2024 Chevy Colorado. It's also worth noting that, unlike GM, the price doesn't include a loyalty discount. Still, dealers set prices and we think it may be difficult to lease a Tacoma for $349 a month. Expect your results to likely vary. To get the best deal, compare prices with multiple dealers and be aware that prices are based on supply & demand and there's no lease cash to help bring down Tacoma prices. Current Toyota incentives are due to end on July 1st. We don't expect Tacoma prices to drop before the July Fourth holiday.

The 2024 RAM 1500 is over $30 per month cheaper than before, making this a solid pre-July 4th deal. Through July 1st, the RAM 1500 Big Horn 4x2 has an effective cost of just $459. That's $126 cheaper than Ford's lease on the 2024 F-150 ($585) even though the RAM's MSRP is $9,600 higher on paper.

The catch is that RAM's June lease deal includes a $3,000 loyalty discount. While that could be a deal for current FCA lessees, everyone else will probably have to pay that much more on a lease. RAM 1500 loyalty leases aren't unusual, so be sure to check with your dealer for current rules and restrictions.
