Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad (1)

I love pasta, I love salad so it’s only right to combine the two together! This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is one of my favorite salads ever. So easy and absolutely tasty.

I first posted this recipe way back in 2015 when I started my site and I figured it was time for a facelift on it! Because it is one of those salads that you have to share with the world.

We love making this as a meal for dinner, or even a side to a meal as well. It is really up to you on how you want to serve this dish all together, but we do either way.

It is light and not a heavy dish and has just the perfect flavor especially with the pasta added to it. If you have never added pasta to your favorite salad you are missing out.

My family just can’t get enough of this delicious dish. They ask for it all the time, my 12 year old really loves salad so this is right up his alley and he has come to love the two mashed together.

Some of our other favorite pasta salads include Taco Pasta Salad, Tuna Pasta Sala and my personal favorite Italian Pasta Salad!

HOW TO STORE CAESAR PASTA SALAD:

I recommend storing this no longer than 24 hours as it is best eaten fresh. The lettuce will start to wilt if stored too long and will be come soggy.

So if you want a fresh salad then I would eat within that 24 hour time frame, but if storing place covered in the refrigerator.

TIPS AND TRICKS:

  • This recipe can be forgiving , feel free to add more of your favorite ingredients if desired.
  • Prepare ingredients in advance, and continue with step #4 right before serving.
  • Speed things up by using a store-bought rotisserie chicken and caesar salad kit if desired!
  • If you have a stand or hand mixer, it’s a great and easy to way to shred hot chicken.
  • You can use your favorite pasta, we like rotini as it hold on to dressing well, but use any smaller pasta that you enjoy.
