I love coleslaw with everything! I add some chopped apple and pecans for some crunch plus some added fruit and protein. Also, I add when I have it, turkey breast I cook in my crockpot. Just shred and add to everything-delicious, healthy, and economical. Happy New Year and Healthy Eating!!!

Excellent flavor however proportions are off!! 2 cups of cabbage would drown in this as written and a large cabbage would yield much more than two cups!! We used 1.5 times the dressing for a 10 .5 ounce bag of slaw which was perfect. Definitely making this again with the states tweaks.Creamy Whole30 Coleslaw Recipe (14)

Proportions seem off – I doubled the dressing ingredients for a 10.5 cup bag of cabbage, plus about 3x the carrots, and it was more than enough. 2 cups of cabbage would drown in this much dressing!Creamy Whole30 Coleslaw Recipe (17)
