D1 is in the process of moving out as she and V1 have broken up. D1 has been sending an abundance of unwanted text messages and unsolicited phone calls to V1.

D1 arrived at the residence and began banging on the door, causing a disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene and attempted to diffuse the situation.

As Deputy Carroll was speaking with V1, D1 ran from Deputy Pugliese, disobeying lawful orders to stop, toward the front door. Deputy Carroll attempted to stop D1, but she ran through his arms that were braced on the wall.

The actions put V1 in fear he was going to be attacked. D1 was secured without further incident and transported to the Branch Jail.
